Mr. Óscar Eduardo Calvillo Amaya is Chief Executive Officer of Fibra Inn, and is the Chief Financial Officer of our Advisor and Hotel Operator. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of our Management Subsidiary.
He has more than 24 years of experience in real estate development and more than 31 years of experience in finance. Mr. Óscar Eduardo Calvillo Amaya is responsible for the financial administration, legal and tax matters, and other activities for the company. Mr. Calvillo graduated from Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He also holds a master’s degree in Business Administration at IPADE and is a member, and former Vice President and Secretary of the Monterey Chapter of Instituto Mexicano de Ejecutivos de Finanzas, whose members include the leading finance executives in Mexico.
Mr. Joel Zorrilla Vargas is co-founder and Vice President of Corporate Strategy of Fibra Inn, of the Advizor as well as of our Hotel Manager. He has more than 27 years of experience in the hotel industry and as our Chief Operating Officer, will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our hotel properties.
Under his management, the Hampton Inn properties have been consistently recognized for their excellence and have received several awards, including Promus International Hotel of The Year. Mr. Joel Zorrilla Vargas holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Systems from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Columbia University in New York City. Mr. Joel Zorrilla Vargas is the president and co-founder of the Monterrey Chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization and a member of the Executive Committees of the Convention and Visitors Bureaus of Monterrey, Saltillo, Torreón, and Ciudad Juárez.
He also is the past President of the IHG Owners Association for the Mexico Region, having served as President from 2011-2012, and was a member of the IHG Owner’s Association Global Board from 2011 to 2012.
Mr. Aliaga was formerly at Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V. since 2006 as the Institutional Relations Officer reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and was in charge of one of the seven Executive Offices of the company. He coordinated Investor Relations activities, Public Relations, Finance and developed the GAP Foundation, among other activities. He promoted the company in various conferences and roadshow since the company’s initial public offering in the Mexican Stock. Mr. Aliaga was Manager of Corporate Finance and Portfolio Management at Grupo Costamex, carrying out receivables and management of a private fund and also participated in the acquisition of a number of hotel properties. He was the Investor Relations Manager at Industrias Bachoco, S.A.B. de C.V. and Director of Corporate Banking, Analysis and Risk Management in Grupo Financiero del Sureste.
Mr. Aliaga has an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad del Nuevo Mundo and has a Master’s in International Business Administration degree from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain.
Mr. Rocha Huerta began at Grupo Posadas in 2005 and occupied roles as Director of Strategic Management (Project Gamma Hotels), Director of Business Process Outsourcing, Director of Hotel Investments and Director of Development. He worked for Cendant Corporation (RCI) as Senior Director of Product Development for Latin America, Africa, Middle East, Asia and Australia.
He was also Managing Director and President of the Board of Directors at Howard Johnson, Days and Casa Inn Mexico.
Mr. Rocha studied at the Professional Development Program at the School of Hotel Management at Cornell University.
Prior to joining Fibra Inn, Mr. Mora worked for Grupo Posadas, beginning in 1994, holding various positions including: Director of Corporate Operations, Managing Director of Hotelera Posadas, Director of the Office of Transformation and Strategy, General Managing Director and Managing Director of Resorts - South America and Posadas USA, Managing Director for the North and West, Managing Director of Hoteles Fiesta Inn, and Managing Director of Hoteles Fiesta Americana.
Prior to Posadas, he was Senior Manager of the Hospitality Consulting Group at Andersen Consulting and for 10 years he was General Manager of Villa Vera Hotel & Racquet Club. In addition, he was Vice President of the National Association of Hotel Chains.
Mr. Mora has a degree in Public Accounting from La Salle University and has studied at the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell Universitys. He is a graduate of the Business Administration Program D1 at IPADE and has attended leadership classes at Gallup University.
Lizette Chang y García is Investor Relations Officer of Fibra Inn, with over 19 years of experience in the Investor Relations field. She has worked in several public companies, including Alsea, Elementia, Gigante and Grupo Casa Autrey which either trade on the Mexican Stock Exchange or on the New York Stock Exchange.
Ms. Chang graduated with a degree in Business Administration and a degree in Finance from Universidad Anáhuac.
Ms. Laura Nelly Lozano Romero is the Legal Counsel for Fibra Inn and Secretary of the Technical Committee. Ms. Lozano was on the team responsible for the placement of Fibra Inn’s securities on the Mexican Stock Exchange (Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, S.A.B. de C.V.) She has a degree in law and legal sciences from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and has over 17 years of experience in the legal field related to lodging. Ms. Lozano was Legal Counsel at Hoteles Prisma México and was Legal Contract Manager at BanCrecer, S.A.
Currently, Ms. Lozano is an active member of the Mexican Bar Association, School of Lawyers, A.C., Nuevo León Chapter, where she was also Treasurer during 2008; of the National Internal Legal Counsel, Association, School of Lawyers, A.C., Nuevo León Division; and the Mexican Hotel Association of Nuevo León, A.C.
Mr. Alejandro Leal-Isla is Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Fibra Inn. He was previously Assistant Vice President of Loan Risk Management, Director of Corporate Accounts Collection and Director of Commercial Real Estate at Grupo Financiero Banorte. Mr. Leal-Isla has over 20 years of experience in management positions in the areas of valuation and project financing, corporate finance and financial reporting.
Mr. Leal-Isla has an Economics degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), a Master in Humanities from the Centro Panamericano de Humanidades and an MBA with a specialization in Finance from ITESM.
Mr. Emilio Peña is Information Technology Director at Fibra Inn, and has over 15 years of experience in systems, information technologies and computer science.
Mr. Peña has a Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, a Master in Information Engineering and a Master in Industrial and Business Management from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
This privacy notice regulates all handling of personal data on behalf of Fibra Inn and its “hotels portfolio” in compliance with the provisions of MEXICO’S FEDERAL LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA HELD BY PRIVATE PARTIES (the Law or LFPDPPP) and all regulation and/or administrative dispositions derived or related to the Law.
Fibra Inn, located on Avenida Ricardo Margáin Zozaya No. 605 Piso 1 Fracc. Santa Engracia, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, México C.P. 66267, is responsible of gathering personal data and the use and protection that is given to them.
Fibra Inn, through its “hotels portfolio” handles your personal data, i.e., information which could reasonably identify you, and can be recorded in several documents, whether printed or data messages. Your personal information will be used to provide lodging services between yourself in your guest capacity and any lodging establishment operated by our group. For the aforementioned purposes, personal information gathered and/or handled include, among others: your name and surname; home, work or tax address; personal or work email; home or work telephone number; your vehicle’s license plate, photocopy of an official identification issued by any authority; credit card number, security code and expiration date; professional information; and any others of akin nature which allow our “hotels portfolio” to operate and fulfill is commercial, administrative and work obligations.
Fibra Inn does not request sensitive personal information such as those which may reveal aspects like ethnic or racial origin, present and future health condition, genetic information, religious, philosophical or moral beliefs, union membership, politic opinions or sexual preference.
Personal information is gathered by means of: i) email use; ii) telephone communication with our authorized personnel; iii) voluntary provision of information and personal data in interviews with authorized personnel; iv) printed or digital format filling; and v) use of public sources and others available in the market.
In the scope of clients and/or guests services, the main purposes of personal data handling are:
Fibra Inn and its “hotels portfolio” bring to your attention that for the purpose to fulfill its commercial obligations, including the provision of services to its clients and/or guests, suppliers’ hiring, as well as to comply with its work obligations; have held or will hold several contracts with suppliers located in national or international territory to provide different services which enable the group to carry out its activities in Mexico, on the understanding that such suppliers are required to maintain confidentiality of all personal information provided and to abide by Privacy Notices of franchisors hotel companies, national or international, belonging to our “hotels portfolio” for its corporate management, under the confidentiality principle, noting the current notice and subject to the same data protection policies .
Fibra Inn and its “hotels portfolio” may also transfer personal information held in its databases to any of its holding companies and/or its subsidiaries and/or any associated company from the same group that operate under the same internal processes and policies, unless the respective owners expressly show their opposition.
All personal data handled by Fibra Inn and its “hotels portfolio” are protected with adequate administrative, technic and physical measures against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or use, unauthorized access or handling, in accordance with LFPDPPP provisions and the administrative regulations derived from it. All personal data stored in electronic format are kept in confidential and safe data banks.
To exercise ARCO Rights, the Owner of his representative has the right to access, rectify and delete his personal information, as well as to oppose their handling or revoke previous given consent, through a written request in Spanish, which shall be presented in Fibra Inn’s address listed at the beginning of this notice or any of its “hotels portfolio”, or well, deliver it through postal mail, postage prepaid corresponding to the above address. This request for access, rectification, cancelation or opposition must include and attach the following: owner’s name and address or any other mean to communicate his request’s solution; documents to confirm identity or, if applicable, legal representation to his request; clear and accurate description of personal data of which he seeks to exercise the aforementioned rights; and any other element or document that facilitates personal data location, and insert his name and signature. The deadline to meet his request will be a maximum of twenty working days from the date of his request’s receipt

I, PERSONAL DATA OWNER, expressly declare to accept without reservation or any limitation this Privacy Notice’s contents through my signature in the registration form. Likewise, by completing the printed or electronic formats, I completely and expressly accept his Privacy Notice and any amendments and/or update; and accept that Fibra Inn, its “hotels portfolio”, affiliates, subsidiaries and suppliers, located in Mexico or abroad, process my personal information complying with the terms and conditions in this Privacy Notice.
This Privacy Notice was written complying with articles 8, 10, 15, 16, 17, 33 and 36 of MEXICO’S FEDERAL LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA HELD BY PRIVATE PARTIES.
Based on the stipulations of Article 10, Section IV of MEXICO’S FEDERAL LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA HELD BY PRIVATE PARTIES, requested personal data have the purpose to fulfill obligations derived of a legal relationship between the owner of such information (THE GUEST and/or THE SUPPLIER and/or THE EMPLOYEE) and Fibra Inn and/or any of the lodging establishments operated by the group, such legal relationship consisting of an accommodation, services provision or work contract.
